<Articulation>

1) My argument is internet's contribution to globalization is negative. 
I want to argue that whether we should regard internet's contribution positively or not. Usually, people think globalization positively because they think globalization connects people all over the world and make develop their economy. In addition, they think internet's contribution to globalization also positively. However, I heard somewhere that globalization has affected negatively in some aspects and I agree with those ideas. In conclusion, I want to let people know about negative effects of globalization and persuade them.


2) How I found my argument 
 My first research question was 'What is 'globalization'?'. Globalization is  globalization is the process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence or start operating on an international scale.  This research helps me to define the exact definition of globalization. Then, I continued researching about internet's role and it's role in globalization these days. Internet connects lots of people all around the world and deliver huge amount of information. Also, Internet plays a main role of globalization these days. In addition, there are positive effects and negative effects of globalization. I realized that even though people think globalization is helpful for our lives, there are still lots of negative effects of globalization.

3) New research questions 
I have several questions that need to be resolved.
1) Why people think globalization positively?
2) How globalization processes these days?
3) Why people attract to only positive aspects of globalization?


4) Connections to the Harvard Sampler 
This argument has some connections to the Harvard Sampler. First, this argument is related to the 'The Internet and Hieronymus Bosch : Fear, Protection and Liberty in Cyberspace.' I would like to focus globalization on Internet mainly and also deal with protection or liberty related to globalization on my essay. It may explain why globalization make fear in cyberspace and why we need protection and liberty in globalization.
